GHD3125R

GHD3125R is a compact gate driver IC for P/N MOSFET-based three-phase motors, operating at 5.5V–30V with 3.3V/5V logic input support. It integrates a 5V/60mA LDO for internal and external MCU power and features undervoltage, shoot-through prevention, startup protection, and a 400ns dead time. Housed in a SOP16 package, it suits low-voltage fans, ceiling fans, small water pumps, and handheld BLDC applications.
