Recently, RT-Thread and its senior partner Geehy Semiconductor announced that they have officially completed the RT-Thread IoT operating system adaptation and RT-Thread Studio IDE support of APM32F1 series MCU. In native support of RT-Thread, APM32F1 series MCU provides rich peripheral original driver support, reduces the developer's underlying driver development work, gives full play to the chip performance, and can improve the application development efficiency with high-level code quality.
APM32F1 industrial/automotive-grade MCUs are based on ARM® Cortex®-M3 core, with an operating frequency of 96MHz, Flash 16~512, and SRAM 6~128KB, and have very high operational efficiency and enhanced memory space. This series of MCU has high performance, low power, high integration, good consistency, and rich peripheral resources, which helps customers expand more functional applications. The operating temperature is -40℃~+105℃, and the ESD level is up to 8KV. It has passed the IEC61508 SIL3 safety authentication and meets the industrial high-reliability standard. APM32F103RCT7 has achieved AEC-Q100 certification and meets the automotive-grade reliability tests.

APM32F1 series MCU engineering is created based on RT-Thread Studio IDE. It can provide developers with a one-stop development environment and visualize the use of rich components and software packages of RT-Thread.

Meanwhile, Geehy Semiconductor and RT-Thread are collaborating to promote the support of the APM32F4 series MCU. We believe that the developers will see them soon.
